My ensemble, Drifting East, released our debut CD entitled "Songs and Melodies from Afghanistan". Drifting East is inspired by the fascinating musical tradition of Afghanistan. With a fusion of unlikely instruments, we combine central Asian folk and Info-Afghan traditional melodies with Western harmonies and influences.
